Scripture: Hebrews 10

-Take your commitments to God seriously.

Scripture: James 1

-You can tell if someone is formal about Christ or not just based on the language that they use. God doesn’t need professional hearers, he needs doers! Some people come to church year after year yet have not made any changes. God judges you by what comes out of you.

Scripture: Luke 13

-God expects change from you, he expects you to produce something. “Should” is often used as a word to explain failure. Everyone has potential, so telling someone that doesn’t necessarily make that a compliment. Don’t wait another year, make a commitment now.

Scripture: Luke 14

-God is not trying to understand your humanity or your selfishness. Put your best foot forward. What is your excuse for not being better right now? Don’t let any relationship that you have keep you from a stringer relationship with God.

Scripture: Romans 12

-Just because most people do something does not make it right. What is your purpose for God, do you know what you are doing for God? Start winning the debates that keep you from being what you are supposed to be.
