Scripture: Romans 12, 13 & 16

-When you attend church…SPEAK.

-Make an effort to make a connection with people. It’s not fake, it’s intentional.

-The Gospel deals with real relationships and people.

-Your body is the temple of God, don’t defile it.

Scripture: Malachi 3

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 5, 6 & 16

-People spend too much time trying to convince people of how good God is.

-Sex is one of the deepest sins that you can commit according to God.

-It’s sad that people tend to treat obvious sins as if it’s not big deal.

-A lot of people have no standard of holiness. Let the world carry on as they will but the church should be holy.

-Holy is Holy regardless of how the world changes.

-To be willfully ignorant is a sin.

-Sexual sin is a very serious sin.

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 13

-Be what you are supposed to be. Stop making excuses and trying to be less than what God has called you to be.

-Don’t wait for people to reach out for you in order to respond. You be the proactive one.

-Do you have care and affection for the things God told you to be concerned with?

-If God tells you something to do and you don’t do it, then you will be judged by it.

-God knows what he is doing. He created you for connection and communication.

Scripture: Hebrews 13

-Apart of being a living sacrifice means using your body as a vehicle to praise and honor God.

-If nobody has seen or heard you praise God then shame on you.

-When you come to church you should be bringing something.

-There is no reason fellow church members should not be in communication with one another (including outside of church).

-Be authentic. You will be judged for the lies you tell.

-An excuse is an excuse. Don’t end up being the person who lies so much that you don’t even know that your lying.

Scripture: Isaiah 40

-Make sure that what you present to God is holy.

-You’re not as important as you think you are outside of God.

-God is beyond science.

-Understand what it means to be holy.

-Some folks claim they don’t believe in the bible but haven’t even read it. People say ignorant things about God but don’t even read or know the word.

Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5

-Be children of the light and day.

Scripture: 1 Timothy 2

Scripture: Proverbs 7

-The world doesn’t want you to present your body as a living sacrifice. They want you to look sexy and promote lust.
