Sermon

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 28

-The bible helps you understand people.

-You fill find that guilty people flee even when no one is pursuing them.

-This world is deeper than you think, stop trusting in yourself so much and trust in God’s word.

-We live in a world where people often think there’s two sides to every story. There’s the truth!

-It is your responsibility to be a light.

-It doesn’t matter how much you drink, you will never drink away your problems. Confess your sins and repent.

-People of God are not evil mean and vindictive.

-Just because people attend church does not really meant that they want to be right…they might just want to be thought of as right.

-If it’s legitimate then you should have nor problem bringing it to the light.

-It is better to be safe than sorry.

SCRIPTURE: John 3

-People of God seek to do better for the Lord, not just to stay the same.

SCRIPTURE: 1 Thessalonians 3 & 5

-Whether you like it or not God will put people in your life who will prompt you to be a better person.

-If other people in Christ seem to be more excited and active in God then you need to check yourself.

-Who are you trying to help be strong in Christ? Who are you trying to build up who is lacking in faith?

-Evil for evil is disobedience.

-If you can be nice to a complete stranger but not to people you know then something is wrong.

-A lot of times you know more right than you want or are willing to do. You know you can be better.

-Do what you should do. Don’t hold the spirit back.

-Don’t get mad when people are telling you the right thing to do.

-Why or why isn’t God pleased with the things you are doing.

-Don’t even look like you are attempting sin or are wanting to sin. It just doesn’t look right or reflect well on you.

-Don’t convince yourself that it is right to entertain lust.

-Why look like you do stuff tat you don’t do.

-God has called you to be a light, would others say that you are shining on their lives?

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 27

-If you are a believer then you will believe in him in times of trouble.

-It’s amazing how people have problems but won’t go to the God of all comfort.

-Who are you when you don’t get what you want?

-The more problems you run into the more you should draw towards God.

-Is God is not happy with you…how do you think you are going to resolve the issue by running from him?

-Can you say right now in your life that God is pleased with you?

-God has done so much for you even when you haven’t done for him.

-One of the biggest misconceptions ever is the phrase “God will never give up on you”. If you want to be right then come to the light.

-Can you honestly say that you are growing in God?

-Nobody can save you from sin and it’s affects but God.
