Scripture: Romans 12
-If you pay attention and study the word God is preparing you for situations in your life.
-Guard your heart, we live in a selfish world, don’t get sucked in.
-The world motto should really be “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of selfishness.”
-What do you want to do with your life, what do you want to be? Is it centered around Christ?
-Do you have a transformed mind now that you have been saved?
-Ask yourself, is where you work more important than where you go to church?
-Is your heart for church> Or is your heart for work?
Scripture: James 4
-Some parents care more about where they send their kid to school than what church they go to.
-Too many parents are more concerned with their child’s school and performance then their spiritual wellbeing.
-It is not acceptable to succeed in school but fail in church. Not acceptable whatsoever.
-Don’t give up your salvation for you career.
-There are people that will put their dreams above their family.
-What good is it if you are successful in life but have not accomplished much in Christ?
-is the Lord pleased with what you are doing?
Scripture: Psalms 49
-Remember the Lord in your youth. You don’t get a pass on serving the Lord just because you are a young adult.
-You are not your own, you were bought with a price.
-Establish your priorities not your preferences!
-Put your mind on things that matter.
-Know what smart is.
