Scripture: Romans 12

-What role are you serving in other people’s lives for God?

-Your reputation is worth more than gold and silver.

-Know who you are in Christ.

-What success did you have in 2017? Or are you failures more noticeable?

-2017 is gone, what could you have done better?

-Better yet did you grow in Christ in 2017?

-Are you a transformed individual right now in Christ or have you been going backwards?

-Praying yet not obeying is not a good combination. If you are not living for God then stop expecting a lot from him.

-A lot of people do not want to hear God’s advice they just want things from him.

– A lot of people want the stuff of God but don’t want God.

-Have an open spirit to the word of God.

-God wants you to be a winner.

-Stop letting ungodly people influence you so much.

-Live a life that means something.

-People think you can wait to serve God. God says serve Him in your youth.

– You should be trying to stir people up, proving to God works.

Scripture: 2 Timothy 1

-God needs people who are excited about Him, not scared.

-Saved to be salt and a light, to make a difference.

-Power – He is not wanting to hear you say what you can’t do, but what you can do in Him

-Love – now you love others more than every before

-Sound mind – mind is not scatter, but directed by God

-Excuses you do NOT need to have in 2018

-Who do you want to refresh? Are you diligent about trying to be in the lives of others?

-If someone is encouraging you to love people in Christ, there are a lot of excuses that don’t count. “I can’t find them.” Are you diligently trying?

-When you really care, you will seek and find it.

-There is no reason for anyone here to be lonely. God will help you be found.

-The proof – you are what you do.

-If you want to be successful in God the only thing that is stopping you is YOU.

-When you are not serious about God you will make a lot of mistakes or pick up a lot of bad habits.

Scripture: James 1

-Do not push away people who are trying to help you grow stringer in Christ.

-Stop leaving traces of your sin life behind so that you can easily pick it back up.

Scripture: Galatians 5

-God did not set you free so that you can live a selfish life.

Do not give God your wastes, give him your best.

-Keep first things first!

Scripture: Deuteronomy 6

Scripture: Philippians 2

-Jesus died on the cross for you and you did not even have to ask for it.

-How much of your time is dedicated to helping other people?

Scripture: Titus 3

-Do not live this new year searching for excuses.
