Listen in the first place before you get hurt or your actions hurt others.

Are you close to your parents or is that an optional relationship in your life?
Stop worrying so much about what the world says and focus on what God says.
Your life is attached to people.
Make your mom proud. Do things that make sense.
Hearken is deeper than being obedient. It also requires you to ask for instructions and seek guidance.
Instead of downing your parents be thankful.
Tell the world about the love you have for your mother! Don’t let your love for your mother just be recognized on one day.
