Scripture: Hebrews 12
-God does deal with where your heart is. He doesn’t want you to be down and depressed.
-Newsflash school is not more important than what you do for Christ.
-Fix issue while they are small before the become a permanent issue.
-Never define yourself by other people’s behavior.
-If you don’t have a forgiving heart then you are on the wrong track.
-No matter what you may be going through, there is always someone who is going through more. There is no excuse for not putting your trust in God.
-Make sure your heart is in the right place.
-There are some people who have given up there relationship with God because they are bitter towards someone.
-Are you at peace with God?
-Always keep your heart and emotions in check.
Scripture: Proverbs 4
-Don’t trust bitter people.
-You will not solve problems by ignoring them. Apply Gods love to the situation.
-While you have the opportunity to receive forgiveness from God you better take it. Tomorrow is not guaranteed.
-Don’t guess, know that your ways are established.
-Guard your heart.
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 3
-Some people have a false idea of what it means to focus on the Lord.
-You know you are right when you are trying to grow in love.
-Your mindset as a Christian should be to get people saved not destroyed.
