Scripture: Luke 8
-Some people aren’t willing to hear and some people aren’t willing to do.
-Bible study is not just a place for you to come and express your opinion.
-Don’t “play church”. Playing church means to show up to church but not obey the word of God. Playing church is a dangerous game.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3
-Stand up and be right.
-Acknowledge where you are not right. Don’t try to hide it and lie about it.
-Be willing to take instruction.
-Conflict is necessary when you are standing for the truth.
Scripture: Acts 20
-The Harvest is coming.
Scripture: Revelations 21
-Liars are going to Hell. Period. Stop lying! Be real and be true.
-This new brand of Christianity is too loose. Stop having the world’s mentality.
-You’re only saved if you hear the word of God and do it.
Scripture: Ezekiel 33
-Sorry is not good enough. Commit to doing the right thing TODAY!
Scripture: Jeremiah 42
-The question for you is, “Do you want to do right by God or not”?
-Be careful of only listening to people who tell you what you want to hear. It’s not good for you.
-If you are not striving for excellence in Christ then you have already missed the mark. Do whatever it is that God said for you to do.
-In order for you to be connected in Christ you have to put forth the effort. Don’t expect for things to just fall in your lap.
-What are you talking to other believers about? Nonsense? Or actual things that matter? If you can’t talk about God with your peers then what is there to talk about?
Scripture: 1 Peter 1 & 4
-How come you have no time for Godly thing s yet you have all the time in the world for ungodly things?
-You cannot pray in disobedience and stubbornness and pride will not get you saved.
-Whether you like it or not your relationship with other people is tied to your salvation.
