Scripture: James 1
-Seek to prove the will of God in your life.
-Be not conformed to this world.
-What is your filter in life?
-When a person is striving to be better they will seek out the truth, not just the things that they want to hear.
Scripture: Proverbs 27
-Open rebuke is better than secret love.
-Keep people around you that will tell you the truth.
-The people you hang around say a whole bunch about you.
-Stop hanging around mediocre people and expecting excellence.
-Acting out of anger is not an excuse to sin.
-Put what you learn from God’s word into practice

-God corrects us out of love.
-Serve the Lord in your youth.
