Scripture: 1 Corinthians 11
-Do you truly understand how much God loves you?
-Communion is a time specifically set aside for remembering, acknowledging, and showing respect for the sacrifice Jesus made for us.
-It is up to YOU to examine yourself and determine whether you are taking communion in the right spirit.
-Some people have the problems they have because of the bad decisions they make.
-God doesn’t love you less because you have a different role than someone else.
-Do your job and do it well. Play your part in the body of Christ!
Scripture: Romans 12
-As much as the world talks about dead beat Dad’s, there are also some good ones out there. If you know someone who is a good father let them know.
Scripture: Psalms 103
-According to the bible, if you don’t correct your child you don’t love your child.
-If you are around people who tell you that everything you do is fine (when it’s not) then maybe they are not expressing true love to you.
-Value the people in your life that will tell you the truth even when you don’t want to hear it.
-Don’t let the world convince you that you should stop being a man.
Scripture: Proverbs 15
Scripture: Proverbs 19
-Care about the advice your father gives you. A good father will not try to tear you down, he will try to build you up.
-A common phrase that you hear is “Stand up and be a man!” yet people are not respecting the head of the household everyday.
-Love your husband and love your children.
-You are never too old to listen to your father.
-God does hear your prayers
-Thank God that you have someone in your life that is looking out for you.
