Sermon
Scripture: James 1
- Rebellion and stubbornness against God is a form of idolatry.
- There is no way that you should attend church week to week and make no changes in your life.
- Most people think being “blessed” is simply getting the things that you want and desire. That is not the case. Being blessed is being in God’s will. When you have the presence of God THAT is a blessing.
- You may need to be taking notes from week to week. Do whatever it is you need to do to make sure you are focused on the takeaways you get from each sermon or bible studies.
Scripture: Galatians 5
- What is your ministry?
Scripture: 1 Timothy 4
- When it’s time for you to go, it’s time for you to go. It doesn’t matter how many vitamins you take.
Scripture: Colossians 1
- Do you want to be the best that you can possibly be in Christ?
Scripture: Romans 12
- Do what you do for God GOOD! Do it good!
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15
- Are you abounding in God?
- If you are not excited by what you are doing for God then why should God be excited?
Scripture: Mark 4
Scripture: Luke 12
- Are you rich toward God? If a lot of your money, time, and attention is not towards God then that is a problem.
- You better know what’s important.
- The most important thing that you need to concern yourself with is the Kingdom of God.
- Whoever you are trying to be is not more important than who you are being now.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 16
Scripture: Titus 2
Scripture: Titus 3
- What can you do this week for someone else or for the Kingdom of God?
Scripture: Romans 16
