Communion
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 11
-If you’ve been through a lot it means God has brought you through a lot.
-Man needs a savior and there is only one who can fill that role.
-Don’t play games with God, take communion with the right attitude and focus.
-Don’t disrespect God’s space.
-The real cause of some people’s afflictions could actually be because the fact that they participated in communion inappropriately.
Sermon
Scripture: Romans 12
-A part of you growing as a christian consist of you worshiping with other believers in Christ.
-To be a light is really not for God…it’s for other people.
-When are you going to actually going to start doing something for God? Especially if you say that you’ve given your life to God.
-If you’re Gods then your life ought to reflect that.
-The world doesn’t consider God to be a priority but do you?
-People are more likely to follow something that’s evil and bad than what’s right.
Scripture: Psalms 111
-If your christian life is full of “shoulds” then maybe your christian life doesn’t yet exist.
-If God is “working on you” then your walk with God should be progressing not getting worse.
-When you praise God other people can see.
