Scriptures:
Romans 12:1, Galatians 5:16, 1 Corinthians 6:9

Notes:
This week we pick back up in the beginning verses of Romans chapter 12 – being transformed, not conformed.
What about the word “Christian?” What does that word mean these days?
A history class may make mention of Christians; someone calls themself a Christian – but is that because they live for (and make decisions based on) the Lord?
Christian actually means “little Christ.”
If you call something Christian, are you saying they are just like Jesus?
The Bible only uses the word Christian 3 times.
The word Believer, and Saint appear much more in Scripture.
As for being transformed, what was your life before you gave your life to the Lord? Have you being changed, transformed?
Back into Galatians 5:16 – Walk in the Spirit
We spend some time talking about the “bad list.”
From adultery to drugs, people who do these things will not go to Heaven.
1 Corinthians 6:9 – the unrighteous are not going to Heaven
“Be not deceived” means “don’t let them take you off topic.” See through the attempted confusion/fog of spiritual warfare.
Another glance at a list of the things that will keep people from the Kingdom of Heaven…
But, no matter your past – God can wash and make you clean.
The Lord can deliver, transform, sanctify, and justify!
