Scripture: James 1

-Pray before you get to church and before you read the word.

-Have you put the things that you’ve heard from bible study into practice?

-A lot of people ask “Where do you go to church?”. But who is concerned about whether or not you have a genuine and authentic relationship with Christ and other believers in Christ?

-Does your life prove that you are a Christian?

Scripture: Psalms 1

-Start caring and loving the things of God.

-You should be meditating on Gods word. Day and night.

-Be engaged with God’s word during church service. Say amen when you hear the truth being spoken.

Scripture: Romans 12

-Do you know what your purpose is?

-What is your purpose? What are you here for and what are you doing for God?

-What are your titles of responsibility in Christ?

-Too many people are walking about this earth with no purpose.

Scripture: Psalms 26

-Have your heart and spirit ready to receive God’s word.

-You cannot lead to lives and consider yourself to be a Christian.

-When you are avoiding and running from people who are telling you about God you actually may be running from God. Don’t run from God. Don’t avoid honesty and sincerity.

-Examine your motives, why do you do what you do? Does it line up with God’s word?

-Just because you get mad doesn’t mean that you have the excuse to sin.

-Anger tests a lot of people because it shows you what’s really on the inside.

-What or who would you be if you were tested and tried?

-Are you having bad, selfish, or distracting thoughts? Then it’s time to renovate your mind.

-Who you hand around is often who you are.

-There is a reason why you do what you do. There is a reason why when you get saved your friends change.

-Transformation is formal, have you experienced it?

-Awake to righteousness. Wake up.

Scripture: Luke 10

-Love the Lord God with all your heart and strength.

-Think through who you are and who God wants you to be.

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 6

-Open up and stop closing yourself off to other people.

-Instead of opening yourself up to unbelievers open yourself up to the people of God.
