SCRIPTURE: Luke 14
-Too many churches are caught up in a marketing scheme now, they have shifted their focus from true worship to trying to be cool.
-The Christian walk is not a weak walk.
-The standard for a true believer of God should not be different from one person to the next person.
-Don’t waiver when you get uncomfortable.
-Stop trying to always make things comfortable…that often times leads to compromise.
-Word of the week: uncomfortable.
-If you run from uncomfortable conversations as a christian then how can you claim to be courageous?
-Nowhere in the scripture does it say that your walk with Christ would be an comfortable walk. God can grant you peace, protection, and a sound mind but there will be some situations which you will have to make a stand!
-Keep it
-When you are being 100, you will actually feel like a christian.
-When a person “leaves the faith”…you probably didn’t have it anyway. It’s not a good thing to walk away from God.
-Are you following Jesus for the fish and the bread…for the tilapia…
-A christian Stands out.
SCRIPTURE: Daniel 3
-The world will try to convince you every day that Christians are the underdog.
-Doing what the masses do is not always the right decision.
-Don’t let the world punk you out…they are not God.
-You cannot not make some people happy while living for Jesus. Period. They will always have something negative or ridiculous to say about God and your belief.
-Open rebuke is better than secret love.
-There is right and there is wrong. Figure out which path you will pursue.
-When you are not right you are going to run from people who make you feel uncomfortable about the wrong that you are doing.
