Sermon

SCRIPTURE: Matthew 10

-There are things that you have to be willing to give up in order to receive from the Lord.

-There are characteristics of righteousness and characteristics of wickedness.

-People who are being right will come to the light because they have nothing to hide.

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 116 & 27

-God came to make you whole!

-Some people play church, some people practice church, but you want to live it.

-People may not like it but they appreciate truth more than you think.

-Are you on the right path or are you just going where ever you please in life? What evidence is there that you are being led by God?

-People are so busy trying to find there own happiness in life and are neglecting their duties in God.

-Maybe you keep running into road blocks in your life because that’s not where God wants you to go, there’s not an opening in that direction.

-God will not give you too much, you have the option to handle everything that happens in your life God’s way.

-Live a victorious life in Christ.

-If God is the God of joy…then why would you be depressed if you are truly seeking the Lord? What God gives you no man can take away.

-Question…do you think God is holding you back from the things that you really want in life?

-Stop dwelling on the life of sin you gave up, don’t return to your vomit.

-Get up, stop tripping over past issues, and move forward.

-You can talk about your church all you want but what do you do for your church? What do you do for the Lord?

-Instead of asking “how little can you do” ask “how much can you do” in regards to your work for Christ.

-Don’t take the blessing from God for granted.

-Your time in prayer should be sincere not just you reading words that you don’t even hardly understand.

-What do you believe in God for?

SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 11

-Without faith it is impossible to please God.
