Sermon

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 28

-The wicked have a tendency to flee when no one is even pursuing them. Are you avoiding the people who are trying to help you?

-People will lie just to protect themselves. Be authentic. Be true.

-There is no need to feel ashamed once you’ve received God’s forgiveness.

-If you can’t talk to someone else about your relationship with God…then do you even have a relationship with him?

SCRIPTURE: 1 John 3

-If you say you love God then what are you and what have you done about it?

-Do stuff on purpose for Christ…not on accident. Be intentional.

-You know when and when you are not giving sincere effort.

-The haters started way before you were born…

-When you’re seeking the Lord, it’s deeper than the stuff that you want.

SCRIPTURE: Matthew 10

-When you are REALLY a christian your stance on things will be different than a lot of people around you.

-No one is more important than God.

-You’ll be surprised about how many people have given up their body and their souls for people they are not even with now.

-No one should be able to shift your alliance from God.

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 27

-Don’t be blind. See evil for what it is…evil. We live in a world that is against Christ.

SCRIPTURE: Ephesians 2

-Jesus may not be popular at your school or among your friends but he is the only way to get saved.
