Sermon
Scripture: Jude 1
- Think about your passion and your pursuit.
- Be what God wants you to be not just what you feel comfortable being.
Scripture: 1 John 5
- Are you on the outside of faith?
- Don’t make anything more important than God. You are either with God or against him.
- How are you led and guided by God?
- The christian life is active not passive.
- Don’t compare yourself to the least, compare yourself to the greatest.
- God should not be on the back burner.
- The christian life is never an accident.
- A lot of people pray but don’t listen for the answer.
Scripture: Ephesians 10
- Get your psychological self together. Stop pouting, stop whining, and stop saying you can’t!
- Fear will keep you from being strong. Whatever you need to do for the Lord, don’t be scared to do it.
- Do not be scared to love. Whether you are liked is not the measure of success but how much love are you showing and giving?
- You can’t be a light of the world but have your candle on dim.
- Confidence comes form trusting Christ.
- What have you been doing to improve yourself spiritually? Be actively involved in your spiritual growth.
