Sermon

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs  28

-Be bold!

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 27

-God details how people actually are.

-When you are right you share and you are open.

-A lot of people are depressed, tripped out, medicated, etc as if God doesn’t provide comfort.

-When things really matter can people depend on you?

-Stop pulling away from God during times when you should be drawing nearer to him.

-God says that YOU will have to stand up for him.

-If you haven’t stood up for your faith then maybe your faith isn’t outstanding.

-To many believers are worried about being popular instead of being real.

-God designed church, not man.

SCRIPTURE: Luke 6

-Believing in God makes you a stronger person, not a weaker person.

-When you start authentically living for Christ people will stop inviting you to the “parties.”

-People in the bible who truly believed had to go through some stuff.

SCRIPTURE: 1 John 3

-Who dislikes you and why? Is it because of your love and stance for Christ?

SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 3

-Don’t sacrifice your soul to fit in with the world.

-If you are neutral that means you made a choice not to stand for God. There is no such thing as a middle ground.

-The truth is, there are some situations and conversations that you can not avoid.

SCRIPTURE: 1 Peter 4

-Suffering in the flesh means you can’t get everything you want.

-It is sad and interesting what people will do out of fear of what other people will say or think about them. Stop living your life trying to please people!

-How many times have you chosen to be fearful and not stand for Christ because they might separate you from their company?

-If you’re doing the right thing, you will get on someone’s nerves.

-The devil is real.

-Thank God that people aren’t inviting you to their evil doings.

-Joining church shouldn’t just be a 2-day commitment, it should be a lifelong commitment.
