Sermon
Scripture: Ephesians 6
- God is calling us to sacrifice and be strong.
- Your responsibility to other people is deep.
- If your relationship with your spouse is not right it could stop your prayer life.
- If you have done someone wrong, and you know that, then it is your responsibility to correct things.
- You can’t repent from something that you don’t acknowledge. Don’t let issues go unresolved for years.
- A lot of people are not taking stances. Stop giving acid approval to evil.
- Ask yourself, what is a Christian supposed to stand against?
Scripture: James 5
- Why consult with someone outside of the body of Christ about situations occurring within church or with fellow church members?
Scripture: Matthew 5
- Don’t be angry with people for telling you the truth.
- Most importantly don’t let your anger separate you from God.
- How important are the emotions and anger that you are holding within your heart to God?
- How important do you believe relationships are?
- You have separated your relationship with God when you have separated your relationship with people.
- Don’t give the Devil room to work because you have an attitude or because you are mad. Don’t let the Devil use you.
Scripture: Ephesians 4
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3
- A lot of people who consider themselves believers are not taking a stand.
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 6
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 5
Scripture: 2 Thessalonians 3
- If God has a problem with it then so should you.
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4
Scripture: Acts 23
Scripture: Psalms 119
- Do you have honest conversations with people? Do you talk to people about your relationship with Christ?
- When you get saved your personality changes. Spend some time thinking about the way that you are.
