Sermon
Scripture: James 1

-A lot of the commands in the bible aid in keeping holiness alive in your life.
-Older people should be able to talk to younger people about the Lord and vice versa.
-If there is a dedicated time in your life that you’ve set aside to praise and worship God then give it your best effort.
-Everyone that is a believer should have a personality that praises God.
-When is the last time you bragged on God and declared his greatness?
-If your going to believe in God then he has to be more powerful then mythical superheroes.
-If you’re going to believe in God you must believe in his power.
Scripture: Romans 12
-If God has to take something from you…then that’s not a sacrifice.
-How can you serve God with a bad attitude? It’s not possible.
Scripture: Malachi 1
-Are you insulting God with your attitude and behavior in Church?
-When you’re doing work for God do it right!
-If God always gets your left overs then you will be left out.
Scripture: Mark 12
-There is only one God, love him with all your heart and soul.
-Is what you do acceptable to God?
-Be careful of gravitating towards evil.
-If when God is thrown in to the situation you all of a sudden become disinterested, then you need to ask yourself if you are truly committed to God.
-When you ask yourself “What do you want to be?” Does God pop up in your mind and appear in your plans?
-You’re not going to stumble upon God’s will on accident.
-When people who really love the Lord you have to tell them to sit down instead of having to beg them to put forth effort.
-If you have so many other things making your life to busy for God, then how is he first?
