Sermon “The Opportunity is Coming”
SCRIPTURE: Psalms 27
-God calls us to be courageous.
-Are you locked in and focused on what God is asking you to do with your life?
-You have opportunities in your life to make a stand for Christ. Are you utilizing them?
-Don’t cower down in the face of opportunity.
-You have a choice today, face the world with faith…or crumble in fear.
-Stop telling yourself “you don’t have a choice”.
-How can you be someone’s friend if you can’t be honest and open with them?
-Provoke one another to love and good works.
-Are you seeking authentic relationships? Or are you avoiding them?
SCRIPTURE: Titus 2
-Don’t be upset with people for telling you what God instructed them to tell you.
-More people need to demonstrate what a true believer is supposed to act and talk like.
-Church is not a place for you pretend to love Jesus and hate everyone outside of it.
-In order to have courage it also takes understanding. Don’t fail to understand what your purpose and responsibility is.
SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 3
-People start to doubt the bible when they don’t want to be right.
SCRIPTURE: James 1
-When you are not right it can reflect in other areas.
