Sermon
SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 3 & 4
-Be careful of becoming complacent.
-Falling away from God is not a good thing.
-A lot of people diagnosis for themselves is not always correct. Seek Godly counsel and God’s word.
-Are you questioning God with some of the murmurings and things that you let slip out of your mouth?
-Most people claim they want to be with God in the end, but that won’t happen if you don’t believe in him.
SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 14
-The Lord definitely does not murmuring and complaining.
-None of us would even be breathing if it wasn’t for God.
-Just as you are cautious after reading a BEWARE OF DOG sign, BEWARE OF MURMURING.
-The worst thing you can do is turn away from God.
-Stop and realize that God is in control.
-When God is on your side, who should you fear?
-Before you start tripping over small things remember all of the things that The Lord has done for you.
SCRIPTURE: Numbers 14
-You may not realize it, but when you wine and complain it is evil.
-It is not a good thing to turn away from the voice of God.
-Hearken: listen.
-You should never complain, especially not concerning the things of the Lord.
-If you are not following God wholeheartedly, you are not truly following God.
-Don’t be the type of person who needs to be punished to learn a lesson.
-You might try to do some stuff on your own but if God is not with you then you are severely disadvantaged.
-A lot of people think that if they turn away from God that they can always return…that may not always be the case.
-When God says don’t do something then listen. Because otherwise things might not turn out so well for you.
